120%-program

The 120% model allows people in trainee positions to reduce their own workload and hire someone with the freed-up resources +20%. 

Example: After maternity leave, a resident wants to reduce their workload to 80% for 6 months. With the 120% model, they can hire someone at 40% during this time to take over teaching responsibilities so they can focus on their education.
